Assessment

- Includes 1 Hour Assessment PLUS intake interview, standardized testing as appropriate, and report of findings
- Potential areas of assessment may include: Motor, Sensory, Self-Care, Written Communication, and Life Skills
Report Writing
$145/hour
- Variable rate based on complexity of the report
- Includes Assessment Reports, SEA Requests, Progress Reports, Sensory Diets, etc
Therapy Session
$145/hour
- Therapeutic hour
- Includes 45 minute therapy session, in addition to: consult/update with guardian and clinical documentation
Consultations and Meetings
$145/hour
- Variable rate; billed per hour
- May also involve travel fee
Education
$145/hour
- Variable rate; billed per hour
- May include inservices, training sessions etc.
Travel Time

- Greater than 15 minutes
- Based on 15 minute increments
- Billed at session rate
Telephone Consult

- May involve: client, family, schools, other professionals

Occupational Therapy Fees are due at the time of service. OHIP does not cover private Occupational Therapy services - alternative options for funding may be available through your insurance company, community agencies, and grants from charitable funding sources.
